Job description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opening – School District

Soliant is partnering with a school district in need of a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team. This full-time (possibly part-time) position offers the opportunity to work with a supportive educational environment, making a positive impact on students’ communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide speech and language evaluations and assessments
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  3. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address student needs
  4. Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services
  6. Participate in team meetings and contribute to educational planning
  7. Adhere to all school policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  2. Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligible for licensure)
  3. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required
  4. Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus
  5. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population
  7. Ability to pass background checks and screenings as required by the district
