Job Description

We are currently seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for an onsite opportunity within a public school system in the Gainesville, GA area for the 2026–2027 school year. The district serves a growing community and is committed to delivering student-centered, compliant special education services.

Elementary caseload.

Competitive hourly contract compensation.

2026–2027 school year contract; interviews in progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments
• Diagnose and treat communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services
• Maintain documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Georgia SLP license
• CCC-SLP preferred
• CFY candidates welcome to apply
• Prior school-based experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and state of GA eligibility criteria for school-based services
