Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist within a vibrant school setting near Bastrop, Texas. This full-time position offers an engaging environment where your skills will make a real difference in students’ lives. There are immediate openings for two SLPs; we are especially interested in candidates who are bilingual.

Your ability to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication challenges will help guide students toward success in the classroom and beyond. Collaborate daily with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each child’s needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure and certification to practice as an SLP in Texas
• Experience working in educational settings preferred
• Ability to effectively manage caseloads in a school environment
• Bilingual proficiency highly desirable for one of the positions
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Strong organizational abilities and a passion for supporting students’ growth

Key Responsibilities:
