Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our dynamic educational teams in schools near Springfield, MA. This position is ideal for compassionate professionals looking to make an impact in students' academic and personal growth through speech and language support. You will assess communication challenges, develop individualized treatment plans, and work closely with teachers and families to improve student outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide evaluations and therapeutic interventions for speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement IEPs for students based on individual needs.
  • Partner with educators to provide speech support within classroom settings.
  • Regularly track and monitor student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility.
