Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy to individuals with IDD in home and community-based settings in Pennsylvania.

Assess communication and swallowing needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to improve communication, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification recognized by ASHA.
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to home/community sites.
• English proficiency required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, AAC, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech, communication, AAC, feeding, and swallowing therapy.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing practices.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.

Job Description:

OneWell Health Care is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide personalized therapy to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in home and community-based settings in Pennsylvania.

You will assess communication and swallowing needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to help individuals improve their communication, independence, and quality of life.

What We're Looking For: :

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to home and community-based service locations.
• Experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), providing home or community-based services, and working with AAC or dysphagia management is preferred.
• English proficiency is required; bilingual proficiency, including Spanish, is a plus.
