Job summary

Central Coast Home Health is seeking a Full time, Part-time, or Per Diem Speech Therapist to serve the Northern San Luis Obispo area (Atascadero/Templeton/Paso Robles). You will provide high-quality in-home speech therapy, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to plan care, build relationships, and ensure continuity of care.

Applicants should hold a California SLP license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

• Home Health experience is a plus

We are constantly growing and now seeking a Full time, Part-time or Per Diem Home Health Speech Therapist in the Northern San Luis Obispo area (Atascadero/Templeton/Paso Robles)

Our therapist delivers high-quality care to patients in their own home environment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address all the patient’s needs, developing relationships, and ensuring continuity of care. This highly rewarding field requires organization and the ability to work independently, managing your own caseload and making your own work schedule.

Job Requirements

Current California SLP license, CPR certified, reliable vehicle to drive for work, current Driver's license, and clean driving record, have and maintain auto insurance coverage. Home Health experience is a plus

This position is paid by the visit. Compensation for routine visits ranges from $67.00-$79.00 per visit; evaluations range from $90.00-$104.00 per visit; and admissions range from $167.50-$197.50 per visit. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of visit, type of experience, location, and years of experience.
