Therapy Management, Inc. is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated therapy team in Saginaw, MI.We’re offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time candidates — but we’re also open to part-time or PRN applicants who are a great fit!

You'll work in a resident-centered setting alongside a compassionate, collaborative therapy team.

What You’ll Do:
• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document progress and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team
• Help residents regain and maintain communication and functional independence

What You Bring:
• Michigan licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in skilled nursing, geriatrics, or rehab preferred
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• Passion for serving older adults and a resident-focused mindset
