Soliant seeks a licensed Speech Therapist to join a school district in Lackawanna, New York for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you'll assess and treat students with communication disorders, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with educators and parents for effective student progress.

Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Lackawanna, New York

Hours: Guaranteed hours with weekly compensation

Compensation: Hourly pay ranging from $40 to $55, based on experience and school district budgets

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct evaluations to diagnose communication disorders
  2. Create personalized treatment plans based on assessments
  3. Deliver speech and language therapy in individual and group settings
  4. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to optimize student outcomes
  5. Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  6. Attend meetings and provide progress reports
