We are actively hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a school-based position in the Springfield, MO area. The selected candidate will work closely with K-12 students to assess and treat communication disorders, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with school staff and families to support student success.

Position Highlights

  • Location: Springfield, MO (and surrounding areas)
  • Setting: School-based (K-12)
  • Caseload: Elementary, middle, or high school students
  • Employment Type: Full-time or part-time, depending on preference
  • Start Date: Immediate or for the 2024/2025 school year

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) for students.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and development.
  • Document progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports.

Qualifications

  • Valid Missouri SLP licensure required
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
