Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Woodhaven, MI for full-time or part-time roles within a skilled nursing facility.

You will deliver skilled therapy across speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing domains, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient goals. The ideal candidate holds a Michigan SLP license (eligibility acceptable) with ASHA CCC-SLP preferred, and prior SNF/geriatric experience.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan SLP license or eligibility.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience in a SNF, rehab, or geriatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.

Concept Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Woodhaven, MI. We have Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available for an SLP who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients while working with a supportive therapy team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy
