Concept Rehab, Inc. in Woodhaven, Michigan is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. We welcome both full-time and part-time candidates who want to help patients improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and quality of life.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled therapy, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A Master's in SLP and Michigan license are required; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active Michigan licensure.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred or required as applicable.
• Strong communication, organizational and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech-language therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic function, and swallowing safety.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and recommendations.
