TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Full-Time Permanent Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Kimball Farms Nursing Care Center in Lenox, MA. The role involves providing vital therapy services related to speech, language, cognition, and swallowing in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an active SLP license and a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred, along with strong documentation skills and a collaborative attitude.

Location: Lenox, MA

Position Type: Permanent Full-Time (Part-Time candidates will also be considered)

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $44 – $55/hr

Job Summary

Provide speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing therapy services in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

Active SLP License

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

CCC-SLP preferred

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
