Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Johnstown, Ohio, is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat skilled nursing residents. The role offers a flexible 30-40 hour schedule, Monday-Friday, with open CFY to gain experience under supervision.

The SLP will work under physician orders and use a range of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices. Qualified candidates hold a state license in Ohio, a Master's in SLP, and either ASHA certification or CFY.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of employment (Ohio).
• ASHA Certification or CFY in progress.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician.
• Utilize a variety of speech therapy procedures and assistive devices.
• Aim to maximize residents' functional potential across life areas.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of speech therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license in state of employment
• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid ASHA Certification or CFY
