Job summary

Palo Duro Nursing Home is seeking a full-time Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, engaging program development opportunities, and a dynamic, high-energy environment. PRN options available as well.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Experience in skilled nursing / rehab settings preferred.
• Ability to develop cognitive, functional maintenance, dining, and group programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house speech therapy services for residents.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team.
• Contribute to program development and ongoing staff training.

Palo Duro Nursing Home, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Speech Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an SLP who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in cognition, functional maintenance, dining, and creative fun groups. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities and are in the process of building an outpatient program. PRN schedules also available! PRN schedules also available!
