Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care and develop treatment plans across our hospital network. The role supports patient independence and quality of life, with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible start times between 6:30 AM and 10 AM.

The SLP will contribute to service development, collaborate with care teams, and meet needs across PAM Health facilities to deliver high-quality post-acute care.

Qualifications

• SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred. FEES certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and planning/implementing specific treatment programs according to speech therapy principles.
• Support development of PAM Health services and adapt to needs across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy in the PAM Health. The Speech Language Pathologist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Speech Language Pathologist must be flexible to meet the needs of the company within many different facilities.
