PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Surprise is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and care for a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have inpatient hospital experience or a willingness to learn.

You will provide direct patient care and contribute to program development across our facilities. The role requires a state SLP license and current BLS certification, with one year of clinical experience preferred.

• Active SLP license in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

• Direct patient care and development/implementation of treatment programs for individuals according to speech therapy principles.
• Contribute to ongoing development of speech-language pathology services across PAM Health facilities.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy in the PAM Health. The Speech Language Pathologist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Speech Language Pathologist must be flexible to meet the needs of the company within many different facilities.

• Education and Training: SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
