Vital Therapy’s Avir at Tomball is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. You will contribute to a broad range of orthopedic and neurological cases, shaping programming in cognition, mobility, dining and dysphagia, aphasia, and successful return to home.

We offer ongoing training, career development, and advancement with a growing organization, with a strong emphasis on in-house therapy excellence across Texas and Tulsa.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Experience with in-house therapy teams in skilled nursing/post-acute settings is preferred.
• Opportunity to develop programs in cognition, functional mobility, dining and dysphagia, aphasia, and return-to-home.

Responsabilités

• Provide speech-language pathology services to residents in-house.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to design and implement cognition, dysphagia, and communication programs.
• Support patient goals for successful return to home and functional independence.

We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programming in cognition, functional mobility, dining and dysphagia, aphasia, successful return to home, and many more.
