Job summary

Vital Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join the AVIR at Mansfield's in-house therapy team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care within a dynamic interdisciplinary setting, addressing dysphagia, cognition, aphasia, and related communication goals.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience in post-acute rehab or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement therapy programs within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology evaluation and treatment to residents.
• Develop and monitor individualized therapy plans and goals.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to optimize patient care.

AVIR AT MANSFIELD, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an SLP who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in dysphagia, aphasia, dining, cognition, fun and creative groups, skilled maintenance and many more. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities.

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 80 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities with in-house therapy teams.
