• Texas license is required.

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients and residents.
• Develop programs for aphasia, dysphasia, cognition, and functional maintenance.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team and participate in group activities.

We seek an SLP who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in aphasia, dysphasia, cognition, diet and dining, functional maintenance and create fun and therapeutic groups. In addition we provide on-going training and career development opportunities.

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK.
