Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and post-acute center in Texas, is seeking a Full Time Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our in-house therapy team. You will work with patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions and contribute to cognitive and functional maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Texas license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Speech Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an SLP who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in cognition, functional maintenance, dining, and creative fun groups. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities and are in the process of building an outpatient program.

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK.
