Vital Therapy - Brownfield Rehabilitation & Care in Brownfield, TX is seeking a Full Time Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our in-house therapy team. You will provide speech-language pathology services to residents with orthopedic and neurological conditions, and help develop cognition, functional maintenance, dining, and group activities.

We offer ongoing training, career development, and flexible schedules. Texas licensure is required; PRN options available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Experience in SNF/post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology assessments and treatment to residents.
• Develop and implement therapy programs for cognition, communication, and swallowing as applicable.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to optimize resident outcomes.

Brownfield Rehabilitation & Care, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Speech Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an SLP who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in cognition, functional maintenance, dining, and creative fun groups.
