Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy to children in Early Intervention settings, including home or center visits. The role focuses on evaluations, progress tracking, and IFSP-based service delivery.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, and maintain thorough documentation to support each child's goals and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA Certification (CCC) or eligibility for ASHA CF/CFY status.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice; DOH approval required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services to children in Early Intervention settings (home or center).
• Perform evaluations and track child progress.
• Deliver services as mandated in the IFSP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators and other professionals to support goals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services to children in a variety of settings in the Early Intervention program which may include the home or center.
• Performs evaluations and assessments and tracks child progress.
• Delivers Speech Therapy services as mandated in the IFSP.
• Collaborate with other families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support the goals of each child.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Must possess or be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow, or ASHA clinical fellowship (CF status).
• Must be licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.
• DOH approval is required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $54.00 - USD $90.00 /Hr.
