Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), CFY, or CFY candidate to work in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments located in Moodus and Marlborough, CT. The role involves splitting time between two facilities, with travel time and mileage paid when moving between sites in one day.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive therapy services, collaborate with rehab and nursing staff, and maintain timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Current SLP license or license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
• Experience working in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and timely documentation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Be flexible with hours and travel between two facilities as needed.

OverviewA full-time Speech Language Pathologist, (ST / SLP), or Clinical Fellow (CFY) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments located in Moodus and Marlborough, CT. The successful candidate will split time between the two facilities as needed. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling between two facilities in one day. Responsibilities And Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist, (ST / SLP / CFY), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: CFY $36.00-$38.00, CCC $40.00-$46.00
