Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a split role between Hartland and Madison, ME. The position involves traveling between facilities, with travel time and mileage paid.

Qualifications

• Current SLP/CFY license or license eligibility to practice in ME.
• Strong computer skills with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with electronic documentation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Be flexible with hours and travel between Hartland and Madison facilities.

Responsibilities And Qualifications

The qualified candidate will:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist/ CFY (ST / SLP), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.

RATE RANGE: $40 - $45/hr
