Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• New York State SLP license or eligibility required.
• CFs welcome; CCC‑SLP preferred for experienced candidates.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute settings preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide skilled therapy based on physician referrals and patient needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and safety strategies.
• Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members.
• Supervise rehab aides in accordance with state guidelines.

This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients withspeech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disordersin a collaborative, patient-centered setting.Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Provide skilled therapy based on physician referrals and patient needs

• Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education
• Support high-quality, person-centered care across the rehab program

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree inSpeech Language Pathology
• New York State SLP licenseor eligibility for licensure

• Skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to assist with lifting and moving patients
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
