Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc in Weatherford, Texas is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a permanent/direct hire role. The position involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care and delivering skilled speech therapy services per physician orders.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist / SLP to join their growing team for a perm / direct hire assignment! This is a direct hire / 'perm' position.Days schedule.This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP
• Current CPR certification
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient
• Provide skilled speech therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions
