A respected healthcare provider is searching for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Pittsfield, MA. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of approximately $45-55, depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current MA SLP license or eligibility required.
• CCC-SLP preferred, CFs may be considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians for coordinated care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress.
