Job summary

Select Medical Rehabilitation - Pensacola is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) to join our acute rehabilitation team housed inside Select Specialty Hospital‑ Pensacola. This per diem position requires current licensure and CCC/CLS timing to support our diverse patient population.

You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, coordinate with the clinical team, and educate patients and families. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for PRN staff.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required.
• Certified CLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
• CCC preferred in Speech Language Pathology from ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans.
• Responsible for delegation and direction of therapy services for assigned patients.
• Ensures functional treatment programs to enable return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, students, co-workers and self.
• Coordinates treatment programs with other clinical/therapeutic services and community resources.

Compensation: $55.00 per hour

Sign-on bonus: $3,000 for PRN

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certified CLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association preferred
