Job summary

All Care Therapies seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient clinic in Katy, TX, serving pediatric patients. The ideal clinician is fluent in Spanish and will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver a comprehensive plan of care.

Offering a sign-on/relocation bonus up to $7,000, this W2-full-time role requires 40 hours per week and a commitment to high-quality, family-centered care in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Speech Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted TX Speech Therapy license; or ability to apply.
• At least three years of experience as a pediatric speech therapist is preferred.
• Continued education requirements maintained.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric patient assessments and evaluations to determine their condition, limitations, histories, and goals.
• Confer with physicians, patients and families, nurses, therapists, social workers, and other members of a patient's care team.
• Develop a treatment plan for pediatric patients with specific goals and tasks to meet those goals.
• Assess progress and prepare reports for healthcare providers and insurance agencies.
• Complete all clinical notes in a timely manner using the company’s EMR system.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with regulations.

All Care Therapies is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic outpatient clinic full time in Katy, TX! We are looking for a clinician who is fluent in Spanish to deliver compassionate care to our pediatric patients, contribute to the multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with families to deliver a plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric patient assessments and evaluations to determine their physical condition, limitations,medical histories, and personal goals
• Confer with physicians, patients and their families, nurses, therapists, social workers, and othermembers of a patient's care team
• Develop a treatment plan for pediatric patients with specific goals and tasks that will help them meetthose goals
• Assess pediatric patient'sprogress against goals and prepare reports for healthcare providers andinsurance agencies
• Complete all clinical notes in a timely manner using the company’s EMR system
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcingstandards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Hours: Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm CST and Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
