Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinical team for the upcoming school year in San Diego, CA. This full-time position focuses on evaluating, planning, and delivering therapy to students in a K-12 setting.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop IEP goals, provide direct therapy, collaborate with teachers and families, and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state license and education certification (or eligibility).
• ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Collaborative spirit and a student-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals.
• Provide direct therapy to students (individual and small groups).
