As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and participate in quality initiatives to ensure high standards of care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Georgia.
• Experience with swallowing disorders is a plus.
• Per diem availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient
• Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient settings
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
• Keep accurate records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
