HealthPro Heritage in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN role with flexible hours in a senior living setting.

Join a dedicated therapy team in an outpatient/ALF environment; responsibilities include evaluations, therapy, documentation, and collaboration with care providers. Licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP are required; compensation ranges from $53 to $55 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or license-eligible.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice and swallowing abilities.
• Implement evidence-based therapies and monitor progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary teams.

Location: Morning Pointe of SpringHill in Spring Hill, TN. Join our dedicated therapy team at a beautiful senior living community.

Setting: Outpatient or ALF experience preferred, but not required

Pay range: $53-$55/hr, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.
• Treatment and Education: Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
• Certification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
• Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
