Job summary

Eden Senior Care invites a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join Edenbrook Sheboygan, a skilled nursing facility within our growing network. The SLP will provide rehabilitation services across one or more locations, delivering evidence-based therapy to residents in need.

Responsibilities include administering therapy interventions, communicating progress to the supervisor and care team, guiding families and staff, and maintaining equipment and a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

• Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• Instruct patient’s family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
