Role Overview:
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides direct speech therapy rehabilitation to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting, focusing on improving communication and swallowing functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, develop, and modify individualized therapy plans aligned with patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
