Job description

Provides a quality Speech Language Pathology program to clients. This is a casual role which will require two weekend shifts each month.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and maintain productivity standards.
  • Prepare necessary time records.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies (OSHA, TJC, CMS).
  • Pursue professional growth and present educational programs.
  • Perform job responsibilities in line with the organization’s mission.
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and professional records.
  • Adhere to organizational policies, including HIPAA and Corporate Compliance.
  • Provide appropriate speech pathology treatments and diagnostic services.
  • Compile and report accurate data for program needs.
  • Coordinate evaluation, scheduling, and treatment programs for clients.
