Job summary

Edenbrook Pine Haven, part of Eden Senior Care, is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to support post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care needs. The role involves delivering therapy, coordinating with the care team, and guiding families in follow-through programs.

Master’s in SLP with MN license required; prior long-term care experience preferred. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

• Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program.


• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.


• Experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
