Position Overview

As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, you will organize and deliver comprehensive speech-language services to facilitate rehabilitation and support residents in achieving their communication and swallowing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech therapy services in accordance with established standards of practice and departmental procedures.
• Evaluate residents and gather necessary data to inform treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that include targeted goals and strategies for achieving optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on effective speech-language techniques to promote the carryover of therapeutic goals into daily activities.

• Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
