Job summary

Personal Touch Home Care is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home-based care across Manhattan and the Bronx, serving pediatric and adult caseloads.

The successful candidate will hold an active NYS SLP license, deliver comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other clinicians to improve patients' communication and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Speech Language Pathologist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Home care experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with pediatric, adult, special needs, or geriatric populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Provide therapy to individuals of all ages, addressing issues such as articulation, fluency, voice, and language.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about communication strategies and home exercises.

Personal Touch Home Care is expanding our Special Needs Program and seeking compassionate Speech Language Pathologists who are passionate about delivering high-quality care in the home setting.

We are currently hiring a full-time SLP to provide home-based care throughout Manhattan & the Bronx to support our growing pediatric and adult caseloads.

Pay:$110,000.00-$115,000.00/annually

To be considered, candidates must have a valid and active New York State SLP license

Job Overview:
