Job summary

Constant Care Health Services is seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our 5 Star Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the Bronx. We offer W-2 with full benefits, highly competitive rates, and extensive training and support to help you succeed. We have both part-time and full-time positions.

Qualifications

• One year of supervised work experience as an SLP.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients' speech and language abilities, creates treatment plans, and performs reevaluations.
• Manages and records all documentation regarding treatment according to policies.
• Instructs and counsels health team personnel and family in methods to support patient progress.
• Attends and participates in case conferences and meetings.

• Instructs and counsels other health team personnel and family members in methods of assisting patient in improving correcting, and accepting his disabilities.

• Attends and participates in all needed case conferences and company meetings.
