Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current Tennessee SLP licensure
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Work with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Monitor and report patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Stay current with industry developments in speech-language pathology
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

• Implement and modify treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Monitor and report patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in speech-language pathology
• Participate in quality assessment and improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current licensure as an SLP in the state of Tennessee
• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays (Job Type: PartTime)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
