Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team serving Lufkin and surrounding areas. We provide in-home pediatric therapy services designed to help children strengthen their communication skills, build confidence, and succeed in their daily environments.

We offer PRN, part-time roles with flexible scheduling and mentorship, CEU stipends, and travel support. Competitive session rates start at $65.00 per session, with potential growth based on experience

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Texas.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Feeding and swallowing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services in the home setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, articulation, and communication development.
• Provide feeding and swallowing therapy when applicable.
• Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover of therapy strategies at home.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed.
