Job summary

Willow ABA Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy in a supportive ABA clinic in Littleton, CO. You will assess, plan, and deliver services, collaborating with BCBAs and RBTs to support clients with diverse communication needs.

You will work Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with a focus on evidence-based, naturalistic teaching strategies and caregiver coaching to promote independence.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Current Colorado state licensure and CCC-SLP (or CFY with supervision).
  • Experience or interest in autism or complex communication needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services in individual and small group formats.
  • Collaborate with CCO, SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs and other staff.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Full-Time | ABA Center | Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

We cannot provide supervision hours for SLP Clinical Fellows at this time.

Willow ABA is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to support our clients' communication needs while working in a supportive, structured clinical setting. This is our first Speech Language Pathologist role in our clinic setting, so we are looking for someone who is confident in their professional and clinical knowledge within the speech and language sciences. Willow’s Speech Language Pathologist will assist clients by developing meaningful goals, implementing direct services to clients and caregivers, and mentoring/educating staff as well as caregivers along their journey with Willow. You will collaborate with our Chief Clinical Officer and SLPs across Willow clinics, while working alongside BCBAs and RBTs to support clients with diverse communication profiles, delivering cohesive services that foster meaningful communication skills, promote learning and connection, use motivation-based and naturalistic teaching strategies, and encourage greater independence.

About the Role:

As a Speech Language Pathologist at Willow ABA, you’ll provide speech and language therapy services to clients with communication, social, and developmental challenges. You’ll conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct and consultative services to support each client’s unique goals. You’ll play a key role in helping clients find their voices, literally and figuratively, while supporting their social-emotional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.

  • Collaborate closely with CCO, SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs, and other support staff.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Maintain a professional, compassionate, and trauma-sensitive approach.
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
What we’re looking for:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Current Colorado state licensure and CCC-SLP (or CFY with appropriate supervision).
  • Experience or interest in working with clients with autism or complex communication needs.

Pay Rate:

$38-43 hourly depending on education, experience, and certification status

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
