Job summary

Soliant is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to support preschoolers (ages 3-5) across school-based and Early Intervention programs in New York. Positions include part-time (roughly 3 days/week) and full-time maternity-leave coverage with approximately 40-42 sessions per week in Latham and nearby areas.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, NY SLP license or eligibility, and CCC-SLP is preferred. CFYs encouraged, with virtual supervision available for CFYs.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Active New York State SLP license or eligibility is required.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred for consideration.
  • CFYs are encouraged to apply and supported with supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Support communication development through assessments, treatment planning and therapy services.
  • Collaborate with educators, families and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Manage caseloads aligned with school schedules and student needs.
  • Work with preschool students aged 3-5 in school-based and Early Intervention settings.

Job description

Multiple Locations in New York

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Program (Ages 3-5) Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support preschool-aged students (ages 3-5) across several Early Intervention and school-based programs in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within a collaborative educational environment.

Available Locations

Pine Plains Area (Stanfordville, NY)

  • Part-time
  • Approximately 3 days per week
  • Up to 40 sessions per week
  • Averaging 10 sessions per day

Mt. Marion Area (Saugerties, NY)

  • Part-time
  • 2-3 days per week
  • Position will begin with a reduced caseload and increase as student enrollment grows
  • Expected caseload up to approximately 43 sessions per week

Latham Area (Latham, NY)

  • Full-time opportunities available
  • One position is a maternity leave coverage assignment through January 27
  • Approximately 40-42 sessions per week
Position Details
  • School-year schedule following a traditional 10-month academic calendar
  • Student hours are approximately 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Work with preschool students ages 3-5
  • Support communication development through assessments, treatment planning, and therapy services
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply
  • Virtual supervision available for CFYs
  • Experience working with young children or school-based populations is preferred
