Assess, diagnose, and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Conduct evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records and documentation
Participate in staff meetings and in-service training to stay current with industry best practices
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Active certification in speech-language pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligible for certification
Licensure to practice as a speech-language pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
