Job summary

Country Lane Manor in Keosauqua, IA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. The SLP will provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to support residents in achieving their highest level of independence and communication ability.

The role offers PRN (as needed) shifts with a competitive rate. Licensed SLP in Iowa required, with experience in long-term care preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Iowa.
• Knowledge of current speech therapy practices, procedures, and regulations.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, following established standards of practice and departmental procedures.
• Evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including target goals and measurable short‑term and long‑term objectives.
• Instruct residents, families, and staff in appropriate speech-language techniques to encourage carryover of therapy goals into daily activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Location: Country Lane Manor – Keosauqua, IA

Country Lane Manor is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in‑house rehabilitation team. The SLP will be responsible for organizing and providing high‑quality speech and language therapy services to support residents in achieving their highest level of independence and communication ability.

Shift Available: PRN (as needed)

Rate: Up to $70/hour
