Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role is 40 hours per week with a shift from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM.

You will provide therapy to improve speech, language and swallowing, assess patients, and tailor discharge plans within regulatory guidelines. Candidates must hold a Missouri SLP license with CCC-SLP or be CFY eligible and possess current BLS (AHA) certification.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri SLP license is required.
• CCC-SLP or CFY eligible is required or acceptable.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy per regulations.
• Perform patient evaluations, treatment planning, and therapy delivery.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
