Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy to Pennsylvania school districts for the 2026-27 year. This role allows you to work from home with a ready-made caseload and flexible time-zone options.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in SLP, CCC-SLP, PA license, and at least 3 years of school-based experience with IEPs. Bilingual skills are required to support diverse students nationwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA is required.
• State license as SLP in PA.
• 3+ years of experience with children/adolescents in schools.
• At least 1 year of school-based experience (IEPs) and case management).

Responsibilities

• Deliver teletherapy to PA students in school districts.
• Collaborate with district teams to support IEP goals.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and FERPA in teletherapy.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in PA
• Over 3 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
• At least 1 year of school-based experience (including IEPs & case management)
• Current state license (and willingness to obtain additional licenses if needed)
• Availability to work during school hours based on the district's time zone
• Bilingual proficiency required
