Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role in the Greenville area. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders across diverse settings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The position offers a four-day schedule, a competitive hourly rate starting at $47+ based on experience, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and CEU360 access.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure or license eligible.
• Certification: ASHA CCC-SLP.
• Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and observations.
• Treatment and Education: Implement evidence-based therapies; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate patients and families.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with standards.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
• Certification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
• Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
