Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Bartow, FL. You will help students find their voice and build confidence while delivering evidence-based therapy in a supportive team environment.

Required Master’s in SLP, CCC-SLP, and state licensure. CF applicants are encouraged to apply as we invest in your professional growth and relocation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA is required.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• Experience with children/adolescents in a school setting is a plus.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language pathology services.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Assess student progress and adapt therapy plans.
