Decatur Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team on-site in Decatur, AL. You will conduct evaluations, create tailored treatment plans, and focus on dysphagia and cognitive rehabilitation while educating patients and families.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current SLP with Alabama state licensure and ASHA CCC.
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting.
• Expertise in dysphagia management and cognitive rehabilitation.
• Passion for geriatric care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Specialize in dysphagia management and cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies.
